Consultation Fees:Fees paid for initial consultations are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

Completed Services:Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client are non-refundable.

Subscription Services:Monthly or yearly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
